By creating an account, accessing, or using PostFast ("Service") available at https://postfast.sh, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the Service.

PostFast is an open and autonomous multi-platform social media distribution, scheduling, and analytics suite. It allows users to connect social platform channels (X/Twitter, LinkedIn, Threads, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Reddit, Bluesky, Pinterest, Telegram) and execute manual or automated content campaigns.

3. Account Registration & Responsibilities

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You must notify PostFast immediately of any unauthorized access or breach of security.

4. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use PostFast to:

Violate the terms of service or developer policies of any connected third-party social media platform.
Distribute illegal, abusive, defamatory, harassing, or spam content.
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our servers, infrastructure, or other user accounts.
Use automated tools or scrapers to abuse platform rate limits.

5. Content Ownership & Licenses

You retain full ownership and intellectual property rights over all content, text, media, and assets uploaded to or published through PostFast. By using PostFast, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive license to process, format, and transmit your content to your connected social channels strictly to fulfill your publication instructions.

6. Subscriptions & Payments

Certain features of PostFast may require paid subscription plans. All fees are billed in advance on a recurring monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.

7. Limitation of Liability

PostFast is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. In no event shall PostFast, its creators, or operators be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use the Service or third-party platform API outages.

8. Changes to Terms
